Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Assist manager for warehouse management. Ensure daily general operation and management smoothly and timeliness
- Enhance sample turnover to maximize efficiency and usage of warehouse space
- Initiate, lead and implement warehouse related local and Greater China harmonization projects to streamline process, improve operation efficiency and service quality
- Ensure the data accuracy of sample in IPMS
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Optimization process, improve work efficiency
- Maintain good communication with business lines
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Diploma or above, major in logistics management
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Good communication and analysis skills
- Good English skills in oral, writing and reading
- Good computer knowledge, including but not limited MS applications and skills
