• To develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
• To ensure the existing customer are well taken care
• To achieve the sales target
• Handle rate inquiries from customers / oversea agents
• Handle air & ocean routing orders
• Handle Customer Complaint

Job specifications for successful performance

• Academic – F.5 or above
• Skill/knowledge – Over 3 years’ experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Attribute – Independent and able to work under pressure.
