Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chairman, Directors of the group, General Manager, manage a team and oversee the management accounting, financial reporting, corporate taxation and treasury functions
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, financial strategy and reporting, group cash management
• Liaison with professional parties including auditors, financial advisors and investment bankers
• Provide support to operation division and business units, decision making on financial matters as well as participate in ad-hoc projects and assignment
• Monitor daily operation of the Finance Department
• Occasionally travel to PRC and overseas is required

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• Professional qualified accountant (HKICPA, AICPA, ACCA) with at least 10 years post qualification experience
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards HKCPA and GAAP, laws, tax rules and custom regulations in HK & PRC
• Knowledge on Hong Kong and/or PRC listing regulation is a preferred
• Excellent command of written and Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Initiative, problem solving, good communicator and analytical skills
• Well organized to multi-task and work in a dynamic & fast paced environment
