The HK based global technology company is now looking for an experienced tax manager to join the HQ finance team.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for tax compliance reporting for group companies and assist in managing tax audit, investigations and enquiry from tax authorities
• Assist in strengthening the monitoring of the tax filing, administration and compliance work flow for the group
• Oversee tax compliance issues in various jurisdictions and be the business partner to senior management on different projects
• Assists in setting & implementing country tax policy
• Assists in designing and leading the implementation of optimal structures for various new business initiatives

To be considered a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of professional accounting bodies
• At least 8 years of experience gained in both Big 4 auditors and multinational commercials
• Solid knowledge in international tax, cross boarder M&A tax matters, other commercials tax practice
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
