We are now inviting one dynamic, resourceful & high energy accounting professional to join our finance team. The key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in accounts reconciliations with clients including all outstanding payments follow-up
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve problematic AR accounts
• Preparing month-end closing and assisting in annual audit
• Prepare and distribute invoices and monthly statements
• Prepare cash flow reports and cash flow forecast

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience which in accounts receivable function
• Computer skills in Oracle Finance and other A/C system is a definite advantage
• Proficient in using MS office (E.g. Excel & Word)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
