Job Descriptions:

• Handle cashier duties including cash collection and disbursement between different warehouses and ensure proper payment are processed accurately
• Prepare cheque payments, vouchers and handle petty cash payment
• Handle cash and cheque receipt and deposit to the bank
• Responsible for daily accounting routines including data entry & filing
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting with LCC middle level or above
• 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in accounting
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferable
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Independent, good team spirit, well organized, self-motivated and detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Immediately available preferred
