Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting support to Finance Department
• Assist in daily operation and responsible for account payable function
• Prepare accounting entries and perform data entry and filing of accounting records
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation and other related reports
• Assist in preparing schedule for month end closing
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• F.6 or above with LCC Intermediate or above qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in PC skills, i.e. Words and Excel, Outlook, Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of  accounting systems, SAP will be an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and ability to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduate with accounting background will be considered
