Responsibilities

• Responsible for The Car Park property development in mainland China with respective investment opportunities 
• Preparing feasibility studies and analysis including carry out mico and marco economic and industrial research and evaluation as well as financial analysis for all investment projects 
• Carrying out site inspection, due diligence, and support deal liaison and closing
• Coordinating on the preparation and reviewing of all necessary documents for the whole transaction process in accordance with PRC compliance standards and local regulatory and legal requirements 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience in PRC property business development/Real Estate Investment/Car Park Investment Project etc.
• Experience in car parking business development is highly preferred
• Familiar/previous holder of SFC Type 9 asset management/REIT experience is a plus not a must
• Strong business acumen, and problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST 
• Hong Kong based and willing to travel
