Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Higher Certificate 
  • Good Command of English and Mandarin 
  • Knowledge of Shipping and I/E documents 
  • Knowledge of L/C, T/R, D/A, D/P, T/T, E-banking
  • Hands-on experience in accounting software 
  • Proficient on Excel function, Words, PowerPoint
  • Fresh graduate also welcome
  • Pass experience working in Trading/I/E firms/auditing/accounting would be advantage

 Job responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of bookkeeping
  • Handle payment to vendor
  • Handle Debit/Credit note
  • Petty Cash and trip reimbursement
  • Maintenance and Monitor filling system
  • Liaison with auditor and banker
  • Weekly report
  • Office administration affairs

 

Working Hours : 9:00 to 13:00 OR 14:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
