Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliations and cheques preparation
• Ensure timely completion of month-end closing
• Handle Account payable and expenses payment
• Perform daily monitoring and reporting of the liquid capital according to FRR
• Prepare and review FRR, report monthly management account to CEO and Directors
• Participate in system development projects; and
• handle other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 5 years' accounting experience in financial sector (Precious Metals Trading) is MUST
• Experience in Ayers Back Office and FRR to SFC
• Knowledge in MT4 Trading Platform, SFC regulations and compliance
• Able to handle full set of account books independently
• Team player, good coordination and communication skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Chinese Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.
