Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Operation

  1. sales update report (daily, weekly, monthly)

  2. handling rebate program

  3. communicate with sales team

• Trade Operation

  1. Trade activities follow up (contract, photos, coupons)

  2. Demo booth arrangement (plan upcoming schedule & arrange promoter

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• 2-3 years sales administration experience
• Good command of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
