The Challenges We Pose to You:

• Support daily system operation
• Handle documental works (such as user manual, payment, inventory keeping, etc.) 
• Administrate different IT resources, including assets write-off and operation expenses
• Coordinate departmental meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Assist in monitoring / collecting various status updates
• Handle ad-hoc projects

What You Bring to Us: 

• Bachelor Degree with 1 years or more working experience
• Experience in asset, cost and expense management
• Able to solve problems independently, good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure and challenges
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
