Job Description

Duties

  • Responsible for managing the reception counter, handling telephone call, answering enquiry, guest greeting in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide office administration support in different areas such as maintaining office supplies, maintaining door access system, managing copier machines
  • Coordinate all mails and courier delivery
  • Manage conference room reservations and scheduling
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the admin and sales team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above;
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or facilities management role
  • Good communication skills with professional telephone manner and service attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MS Word application on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Punctual, responsible, work independent and pleasant in personality
  • Immediate availability is preferred
