Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contact with borrower to update overdue repayment
- Negotiate with borrower for repayment schedule
- Handle enquires related to collection matters
- Perform daily duties in compliance with the internal code of conduct
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 graduates or above
- 1-2 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial company is preferable
- With knowledge of Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) and Debt Relief Plan (DRP) is preferable
- Working experience in customer services / telemarketing is an advantage
- Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
