Responsibilities:

• Implement overall project planning includes formulate the overall project plan, design intent proposal, budget forecast, project procedures, people management and company resources planning
• Lead the design and project management team to manage current and new projects
• Monitor site progress to the required standard
• Liaise with business partners and contractor for site works to ensure the smoothness of the projects
• Control overall site activities to ensure the completion of projects within timeline with high quality standard
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction / Building Studies / Architecture or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experiences in hotel and residential projects
• Knowledge of retail fitting-out & construction techniques
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel frequently
