This critical role is responsible for overseeing and providing HR services to bring about efficiencies, productivity and excellence in HR operations. This role will also cover the full spectrum of HR function across the HR activities covering resourcing, reward, performance management, employee relations and issue management.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Oversight of day to day HR operations and processes to enable efficiencies and productivity in HR operations
• Provide HR advice/solutions to the local General Manager as well as to the HR HQ on employee issues and challenges

 Recruitment

• Responsible on recruitment & selection activities including preparing employment contracts.
• Manage manpower planning and budgeting
• Maintain, tracking, submit monthly on recruitment data and statistic on Talent Acquisition related reports.
• Review job offers, making recommendations when appropriate
• Review and update job descriptions for all positions

Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and employee tax related

• Handling for monthly payroll/benefit payment including submit for related tax
• Handling any Fund as per required by local or mandatory legislation

 HR Policies

• Review and recommend to establish HR SOPs, policies and processes and to ensure its compliance to the local labour legislation.
• Update and maintain the Employee handbook periodically (including English translation)

 Employee Data Management

• Responsible to develop HR filing systems ensuring all documents are properly filed.
• Maintain and update employee p-files on timely manner

Others

• Other ad-hoc projects may be assigned by GM or HR HQ
