Key Accountabilities

1. Administer all leisure travel requirements for all AHK employees on AHK aircraft
2. Coordinate all duty travel and hotel accommodation requirements for all AHK employees
3. Assist to ensure that all AHK employees comply with the appropriate licencing, employment and visa requirements relating to their employment
4. Assist to ensure the dissemination of all Company policies to all AHK employees through the Company website as well as an HR point of contact
5. Coordinate for end-to-end recruitment efforts for both office staff and flight crew
6. Administer the purchasing and inventory control of AHK office supplies
7. Maintenance of AHK office equipments
8. Administer, maintain and update the AHK-P&A website to ensure timely, up to date and accurate information is consistently available
9. Maintenance of the department filing system
10. Action and administer all AHK insurance policies
11. Provide secretarial support to MHR
12. Perform any duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications and Experience

• F. 7 graduated or above
• Fluency in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience
• Good interpersonal skills, mature attitude and able to act independently when required
• High standard of computer literacy
