Job Description

  • F. 7 or above; 3 years’ working experience or above
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in computer, good Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing 
  • Knowledge in CSA company secretarial software and related company secretarial working experience preferred
  • Assist to perform company secretarial works including preparing minutes/resolutions, statutory documents and related documents for Hong Kong and offshore companies
  • Provide general secretarial support and assist ad-hoc assignments to company secretarial department
  • Maintain company statutory records and routine filing
  • Liaise with internal parties, external parties and government authorities
  • Good working attitude and capable to work independently
