We are looking for a candidate whom is a multi-tasker. The Candidate will be responsible for liaising between logistics and office staff.

Knowledgable with Microsoft office

Manage import / export documents

Maintain HACCP documentation

Issue sales invoices and purchase orders over MYOB Accounting system

Assist Director in meetings, follow-up and manage his daily workflow

Manage administrative and clerical duties

Prepare MPF

Handle ad hoc projects and coordinate and communicate with contractors

Manage company websites

Candidate must speak fluent English, Cantonese and good Mandarin. Preference will be given to candidate with previous work experience in wholesale distribution

Preference to be given to candidates living in HK Island. Our office is located in Ap Lei Chau.
