Job Description

 

The HR Officer will support all HR initiatives as set out by the HR Manager or the Company. S/he will assist with recruiting and developing talent through developing policies and managing procedures. The HR Officer will mainly be responsible for administrative tasks and all documentations are up to date.  The main role however would be to offer the utmost support to the HR team especially the HR Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate personal records in relation to employee’s appointment, promotion, and termination etc. Prepares employment contracts, official letters for the employees, evaluation process and salary review process.

  • Maintains all employee personal data and respect confidentiality for all HR related documents.
  • Monitors all staffs leave record & medical insurance administration.
  • Manages and completes monthly staff payroll, MPF, compensation and benefits.
  • Assists with formulating and implementing the HR policies and procedures.
  • Posting recruitment job advertisement and communicate with different media of sales.
  • Provide support for all recruitment activity, including managing the online approval process, interview and use of personality profiling and managing the offer process.
  • Prepare IRD56 to HKSAR Inland Revenue Department.
  • Ensures compliance with all local employment and legislative laws where business is based.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years Human Resources experience; experience in Retail / FMCG Industry will be an advantage
  • Well-adapted to a fast-paced work environment
  • Great communication skills and people-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinances and Regulations
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
