Job Duties:

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources Management functions with top level proficiency,
• Perform full spectrum of payroll plus C&B functions with appropriate creativity to propose cost and result effective options and alternatives to win in the recruitment market and to develop loyal and advancing work team,
• Conduct all HR programs in compliance with employment-related laws and regulations of HKSAR,
• Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures to ensure structured and systematic operations of the department on day to day basis,
• Develop and compile Staff handbook with operational consideration for long term implementation and up-dating,
• Perform manpower planning, taxation submission and staff disciplinary actions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 8-10 years relevant Hands-on working and management experience,
• Well versed in Labor Laws of HKSAR,
• Solid experience in payroll administration and C&B management
• Behavioral qualities such as :  being proactive and result-oriented,  
• Self-motivation, service-oriented, analytical mind-set,
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced operations,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese,
• Immediately available is highly preferred
