Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and develop solution to automate and streamline operation workflow, and improve operation control
• Develop tools for regular and ad hoc MIS reports
• Work with other departments and vendor to support new business initiative and project
• Coordinate operation project from end to end including requirement preparation, user acceptance testing and implementation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Information Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ project support or process automation experience in banking industry or technology firm
• Knowledge of financial and investment products, middle office and settlement functions
• Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel and VBA is a must
• Knowledge of Treasury system (Murex, Condor or Summit)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
