Duties:

1. perform trade support functions such as trade verification, confirmation , record maintenance and settlements;
2. execute trading instructions from portfolio managers, products included global equities, onshore/offshore fixed income, FX, options and futures, and OTC products etc. in an accurate, timely and effective manner;
3. perform in-depth analysis on markets/ companies/ industries, with the goal of generating trade ideas;
4. develop and maintain a quantitative trading system;
5. be responsible for testing the simulation environment in the simulation strategy and in the production environment to achieve the strategy;
6. to understand the development needs of investment managers, to achieve and optimize the trading tool;
7. to help quantify the analyst to develop derivatives pricing engine and various pricing templates;
8. responsible for the management of transaction data and maintenance;
9. responsible for the preparation of trading system related documents;
10. assist for ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or Master degree in Information System, Risk management and Finance would be preferred;
2. Recent graduate will be considered;
3. Proficiency or demonstrated experience in VBA is advantageous;
4. Strong programming skills, familiar with C ++, C #, Python, Easylanguage, or Java programming (at least master two programming languages, especially C ++);
5. familiar with SQL, Oracle and other database technology;
6. familiar with the network network-layer protocols (TCP / IP, PGM, etc.);
7. with big data processing experience, familiar with Hadoop, HBase, Pig, Hive, MapReduce is preferred;
8. Enthusiastic about financial markets and asset management industry;
9. Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills;
10. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua;
11. Strong time management skills with excellent self-motivation.
