Responsibilities:

• Strategise, supervise and implement the Company’s fund business;
• Setup, plan and manage private equity or other fund structures;
• Review and implement the workflow and control procedures of the company;
• Ensure all business activities, investment guidelines are compliant with SFC rules and regulations and provide assistance in communication with SFC and other regulators;
• Enhancing and maintaining a system to supervise the regulated activities as defined under SFO, oversee daily operations of the company;
• Advice and support top management on expansion of business stream in Fund related activities;
• Provide internal training to staffs who are involving in regulated activities performed by the company.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant qualifications to register with SFC as Sole / Unconditional Responsible Officer for Type 1/4/9 regulated activities;
• Hands on experience in back office operation;
• Sound understanding of SFC, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control;
• Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense;
• Good communication skills in written English and fluent Cantonese and Putonghua
