Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Credit Card Centre
• Monitor and ensure smooth operations of vendor-supported credit card system
• Manage and coach the various operation functions for credit card services
• Manage outsourcing activities for credit card operations
• Develop and update the credit card operations processes and procedures and related documentation
• Provide leadership and bring up the service quality of the team to a satisfactory level
• Assist senior management to develop business strategies and initiatives to achieve business growth

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Over 10 years of managerial experience in credit card industry
• Experience in managing credit card centre is a must
• Ability to work on strategic issues in a rapidly changing environment
• Solid project management experience, especially practical experience in managing the implementation of credit card system and /or conversion
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Strong business sense with excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
