Responsibilities

• Assist in acquisition of policy execution, credit process improvement and portfolio management strategy in local loan portfolio to optimize the portfolio performance
• Make recommendations in respect of credit origination policies and portfolio management for risk-and-reward balance in unsecured personal loan products
• Review the acquisition policy and portfolio management strategy on timely basis and formulate actions for performance optimization
• Prepare periodic reports to monitor the portfolio performance, acquisition quality, product campaign monitoring, collection management etc.
• Support the portfolio analysis for identifying risk-and-opportunity in the personal loan portfolio for recommendations on portfolio management strategy
• Conduct User Acceptance Test on system implementation which may relate to pricing, underwriting criteria, new product, business initiatives, etc. with IT and operation units
• Work closely with the branch and product distribution/ marketing teams on product deliveries and credit policy execution
• Assist to prepare the materials for credit training and meeting

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Risk Management, Statistics or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years banking/ financial institution experience in Credit Policy, Risk Analytics and Credit & Risk Management
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or any risk management related qualification is preferable
• Knowledge in SAS and Excel VBA is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Risk Manager
