Responsibilities:

• Identify and specify business requirements and processes, and works closely with technology team to clarify requirements
• Collaborate with other business units and vendors to implement system updates
• Monitor environment to ensure effective performance
• Conducts root cause analysis using knowledge of applications, interfaces, and technology for defect resolution
• Provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• 4 years or more experience in financial services, including online banking and/or mobile banking
• Proven ability to document and maintain operational policies and procedures and detailed process flows
• Must have strong organizational skills and possess sharp attention to detail
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
