Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
lParticipate in, and over time, lead all aspects of deal execution process, including due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, transaction documentation preparation/negotiation, coordination of execution and closing processes, as well as preparation of Board / Investment Committee materials
lPost-closing investment monitoring, internal and investor reporting and day-to-day operations of the fund
lCoordinate with internal management and business control units (e.g. legal, compliance, finance and tax)
Requirements
l5 or more years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or other M&A related experiences
lTop-level analytical and financial modeling skills. Attention to detail
lRelevant experience in deal structuring and transaction document negotiation a plus
lMust be able to handle multiple tasks under time constraints in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting strong follow-up skills, proactive values and creativity
lExcellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
lProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
