Responsibilities:

• Perform R.O. functions in securities, futures and asset management business.
• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of settlement and operation procedures, credit policies to margin clients and risk management policies.
• Responsible for execution of clearing and settlement functions on securities, daily operation of CCASS and DCASS systems.
• Responsible for deposit and withdrawal of fund and products, IPO, placing, corporate actions, account opening administration and revision.
• To ensure that the operation of the company is in compliance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory body and to ensure that the company's operations are in compliance with laws and regulations.
• To handle application and reporting of membership, trading rights, licenses, capital injection, changes in shareholders and directors to SFC and HKEX.
• Responsible for daily credit management, and to develop and regularly update the securities marginable ratio.
• Responsible for assessing potential credit and operational risk levels for clients and companies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5+ years of management experience in securities, futures and asset management 
• Must be a holder of SFC (Type 1, 2 and/or 9) R.O. Licenses, with Type 6 is a plus
• Well versed with operating procedures and related regulations of securities, futures and asset management
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
