Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product strategies and features according to needs of different customer segments to enhance product image and quality
• Design, establish, execute and monitor product and business planning
• Modulate product features and pricing with response to the dynamic market conditions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Act as an self-driver to co-ordinate with related parties, including credit risk, operation and channels to ensure efficient and effective implementation of planned initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines  
• Minimum 3 to 6 years relevant working experience, preferably in  banking/ financial institutions, but not a must
• Solid project management or product development knowledge and experience
• Tough-minded, highly flexible and determine to deliver assigned business targets
• Creative, sensitive to the market change and analytical
• Think win-win, be positive and proactive under stressful situations
• Independent and able to manage multiple tasks & meet with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
