Our client is a leading international private bank seeking a well organized individual to assist their private bankers & relationship managers. They are looking for high caliber individuals to join their private banking team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide excellent service to ultra high net worth clients;
• Performing and executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients;
• Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from clients, operations, systems, account re-balancing processes etc;
• Initiating account openings and closures and ensuring completion of documentation requirements;
• Complete sales documentation and related processes (e.g. client profiling / KYC diligence) and input such information together with deal information into data capture and / or transaction processing systems;
• Handle and ensure client document and reporting comply with internal process standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in servicing HNW segments and / or UHNW segments an advantage;
• Good knowledge of investment products (equities, bonds, ELI, ELN, mutual funds, structured products)
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
