HongKong CATIC is staffed by two specialist teams: general educational team (EdT) and professional multidisciplinary team (ProT).香港兒童成長及治療綜合中心是由兩個專業小組組成：普及教育團隊 (EDT)及綜合專業團隊 (PROT)。
Instructors in EdT are specialized in English phonics, play skills, social communication skills, attention skills, etc.普及教育團隊(EDT)是由資深導師專責教授英文語音、遊戲技巧、社交溝通技巧、專注力技巧等。
Specialists in ProT include speech therapist, educational psychologist and clinical psychiatrist, who provide professional consultation, assessment and therapy service for young children, adults, and elderly.綜合專業團隊(PROT)則由言語治療師、教育心理學家及臨床心理學家等專責為小兒、成人及長者提供專業諮詢、評估及治療服務。
