Responsibilities:

• Monitor all building services related activities for the new hotel development project.
• Supervision of the building services design, procurement, installation and testing / commissioning activities from design, completion to handover until expiry of defect liability period of construction contracts.
• Manage the assigned projects ensuring timely completion within pre-determined budgets and ensure compliance with relevant specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the projects are delivered to highest standard with due regard to quality, safety and social responsibility requirements.
• Coordination with consultants and contractors for construction and design matters as well as manage their performance in executing their duties.
• Monitor of site progress and management of works quality with construction management team.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as from time to time assigned by the Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Corporate membership of HKIE / HKIA / HKIS or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years' relevant solid experience in Building Services Engineering design and/or contract management in building construction. Working experience in hotel / commercial projects and property developers would be an advantage.
• Hands-on with high degree of self-initiative and independence, being systematic, able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, site management and communication skill, with ability to deal with different parties and maintain good working relationships.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
