Responsibilities:

• Transform user requirement into design concepts
• Setup the store design principle for oversea market
• Present the design works to landlord
• Assist Project Manager to assess the tender offers
• Monitor the workmanship of contractors
• Carry out defect inspection
• Develop outsourcing strategy to cope with the extra demand

 Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or related discipline with 7 years’ related working experience
• Self motivated with ability to plan and organize own work load
• Having a sense of key priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Building Services Regulations, Building Ordinance and FEHD Regulations
