Responsibilities 

• Conducting market research in fabric, trims, fashion trends & new development
• Sourcing & selecting of garment materials (fabric & trims) for sampling & production
• Preparing the market presentation materials including mood boards, design theme boards, fabric / trims / color / graphic pattern trend boards, etc.
  
• Working closely with mills / suppliers for fabric / trims sourcing and new development at design stage
• Delivering product presentations to customers
• Occasional travel to China is required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines, preferably graduated in overseas design institutions
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in fashion design & product development for woven & knit garment, especially for ladies' wear
  
• Good fashion sense and understanding of market trends
  
• Good knowledge in fabrication and colour concepts
• Previous design & product development experience in high quality fashion brands is definitely an advantage
  
• Creative thinker and with strong passion in fashion design
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good command of written & spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
  
• Able to meet tight deadline and can work under pressure
• Energetic, proactive, responsible, self-motivated and be a good team player
