Responsibilities

1. Prepare technical proposal and tender submission
2. Provide facilities management support to internal facilities users
3. Manage external contractors related to facilities enhancement and refurbishment
4. Coordinate and organize visitor events to our plants
5. Support the team for integrated management systems and ISO 50001 certificate renewal
6. Provide ad hoc supports to the management such as proposal preparation etc.

Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
2. 10 years relevant working experience in facilities management
3. Experience in E&M / Building Services works and/or facilities management
4. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (in writing and speaking)
5. Professional qualifications from international recognized engineering bodies preferable.
