Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helpdesk support for end users;
• Responsible for general documentation;
• Coordinate and arrange technical support service activities;
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by senior;
• Manage and support on POS system, CCTV system and mobile devices.

 Requirements:

• Certificate in Computer Science or above in related disciplines;
• 1 year experience in helpdesk support;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese, Mandarin will be a credit;
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently;
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Junior IT Officer;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
