Job duties

• Explore and identify potential sites for shop expansion
• Structure and negotiate leasing terms and conditions with contract parties
• Project management of plan, monitor and control the decoration as well
• Facilitate implementation of new shore openings through coordination with different teams including consultants
• Ability to influence, manage and present business ideas to senior management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business Management, Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in leasing management, preferably gain from F&B industry
• Strong business network with major property developers and estate agency companies
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and outgoing personality
• Immediate available is preferable

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Development Executive
