Job Description

• Process all requests for hotel reservations according to established procedures.
• Answer correspondence for hotel guest room reservations.
• Accurately record all required reservation information.
• Help maximize room sales by upselling and using established rate sell sequences.
• Maintain accurate guest history records for all FIT guests.
• Familiar with the hotel’s rates, packages and promotions as well as hotel’s frequent guest and frequent travel arranger and other marketing programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 1 year or above relevant experience
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Shift duty
• Knowledge of Opera is preferred
• Independent, team-work spirit, careful and able to handle challenges
