Our client is one of the global ICT services and solutions provider, is looking for high caliber individuals to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of HRIRC’s network including network switches, firewall, wireless AP, IDS/IPS system, Anti-SPAM gateway, Email system
• Perform daily system network monitoring and operation tasks, assist system administration, planning and technology evolution
• Provide network support to internal users and external partners
• Undertake system and network infrastructure enhancements in-house and with outsourced vendors
• Conduct system implementation, system testing and user acceptance testing
• Set up and conduct proof-of-concept testing and evaluation on test-beds for assessing new technology, technical standards and products
• Maintain documentation and develop reports for system implementation and infrastructure changes

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in system and database support in an ISP, web hosting, network operator or system integrator environment
• Proficiency and knowledge in UNIX platforms, TCP/IP networking, (internal and external routing protocol, low level network diagnosis, IDS/IPS, Fortigate and Juniper Firewall are a MUST
• Familiarity with DNS and BIND is a definite advantage
• Administration skills on PC, LAN, Windows desktops and servers, Apache, Anti-SPAM gateway, Microsoft Exchange, J2EE-based application servers are an advantage
• Experience and skills in liaison with third-party vendors and counterparts
• Excellent skills in incident, problem, change and configuration management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
