Join the expanding Patient Care Monitoring System team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Health System HK. Philips healthcare is one of the leaders in clinical information systems in hospitals. You would be given opportunity to provide repair and maintenance services primarily for clinical information system.

You are responsible for

• Carrying out repair and maintenance services mainly for clinical information systems such as system checking, configuration, troubleshooting and both software and hardware maintenance

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to installed customer base.

• Resolves complex customer issues requiring independent judgment based on strong IT knowledge and skills.

You are a part of

Patient Care Monitoring System team and report to the Service Leader. You will be working closely with our sales, application consultants, technical consultants, project managers and solution delivery team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or High Diploma in Information Systems/Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT industry, experience in servicing medical equipment will be an absolute advantage

• Knowledge and/or advanced certifications in specific areas of expertise such as:

• Systems (Operating System, Virtualization, Database)

• Networking (Routing, Wireless, Hardware (e.g., routers, switches, etc.)

• Database, SQL, Troubleshooting

• Strong in problem solving and analytical

• Able to work well under pressure with tight schedule

• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and willing work overtime or stand by to meet the business need

• Good team player with interpersonal skills

• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English
