Job Duties:

• Provide system administration and technical support to PC and Mac users
• Configure and maintain web server, email server, file server, Windows and SQL servers
• Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including firewall, switches, routers, FTP and VPN solutions
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Familiar with Windows/Mac applications and networking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in web design and HTML is definitely an asset
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a similar position
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Shift hours: 9:00 - 18:00 or 14:00 - 23:00 and shift allowance will be granted
• Immediately available is preferred
