Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support on email system and all in-house computers (desktop/ laptop/ network)
• Perform regular stocktaking of IT and office equipment
• Ensure that the backup strategy works properly
• Maintain and update the IT asset list
• Supervise offices in China to comply with the IT requirements
• Procure and manage IT software and hardware equipment
• Provide IT training to staff members
• Required to work during non-office hours occasionally in case of urgent problems

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in IT support, Windows server domain administration, Linux server administration, VMware vSphere administration, web / ftp server and firewall / VPN administration
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  
• Willing to travel frequently to China
