The incumbent shall ensure all IT systems operate efficiently and effectively within business scope to facilitate efficient & accurate business transactions, informed management decisions to support business targets and timely solutions delivery with best scope and cost consideration. Key Responsibilities 

• Design software architecture and manage the product outcome in according to company’s IT standards and business goals
• Retrieve user requirement and conduct feasibility study & on-site survey
• Develop, implement and deliver application services solutions to meet with business requirement
• Maintain and support the application services with high stability to sustain business operations
• Conduct research on new technology to identify opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in IT disciplines, preferably in Information System/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• A technical expert in application/software development with at least 6 years of experience including 3-year in analysis and design
• Experienced in Salesforce, EDI, ERP, UI/UZ, RSBMS, Agile and MES
• Knowledge in B2B is preferred
• Proficient in computer software, Java, JavaScript and MS Office
• Strong analytical/problem solving/project management skills
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Occasional business travel on demand required
