Job Description
Our client, a renowned garment and textile company, is seeking an IT Support to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide IT helpdesk service and assist on IT infrastructure projects;

Carry out all kinds of software and hardware installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;

Perform system and network monitoring;
-
Manage and maintain video conference system software and equipment;
-
Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and asset management;
-
Prepare user and system documentation;
-
Assist in IT training to end-users.
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
-
1-2 years' relevant experience in IT support;
-
Knowledge of MS windows PC and Servers, MS Office, Lotus Notes/Domino, AD, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WLAN and Firewall are preferred;

Good analytical and problem solving skills;
-
Good command of English and Cantonese;
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work independently;
