Our client, a renowned garment and textile company, is seeking an IT Support to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:　

• Provide IT helpdesk service and assist on IT infrastructure projects;　
• Carry out all kinds of software and hardware installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;　
• Perform system and network monitoring;　
• Manage and maintain video conference system software and equipment;　
• Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and asset management;　
• Prepare user and system documentation;　
• Assist in IT training to end-users.　

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;　
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in IT support;　
• Knowledge of MS windows PC and Servers, MS Office, Lotus Notes/Domino, AD, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WLAN and Firewall are preferred;　
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;　
• Good command of English and Cantonese;　
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work independently;
