Duties: * Provide technical support for the client's daily use of PC * Perform duty as IT helpdesk Requirements: * Diploma or Certification in Computer Studies study * Experience in MS applications (e.g. MS office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange), Networking (LAN, WAN, Router) and servers support * Experience in Helpdesk, PC problem diagnosis * Good command of spoken in English and Cantonese
