Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for all incidents and requests for a select defined scope of revenue generating user in Asset Management
• Support regional project and business management IT support for AM in the APAC region
• Reassign or escalate incidents and requests to on-site third line support, third parties or other teams where appropriate discussing fully with colleagues
• Monitor and update all incidents and requests, including calls assigned to external suppliers.
• Review incidents and requests with customers and work together to continuously improve service delivery provision.
• IT Inventory management and support of Blackberry Enterprise Server Blackberry Handhelds

Requirement

• University Graduate in Computer Engineering/Computer Studies or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in supporting computers and networks
• Solid experience on desktop support and highly skilled on problem solving
• Knowledge in basic Market Data application is an advantage
• Familiarity with IPhone and Android devices will benefit but are not mandatory(BOYD)
