Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows and Apple related application
• Provide support for VC and AV system,
• Provide collaboration service to support conferencing meeting such as VC meeting, TP Support, Town Hall, Hotel conferencing arrangement and network device setup
• Setup and installation of the IT and AV equipment for all meeting room

Requirement

• 2-3 years IT support experience in banking sector
• Basic knowledge of VC, AV system and setting up IT/ AV equipment in external venue
• Strong interpersonal and ability to build and maintain relationship with all level of user
• Strong written and spoken on Cantonese and English
• Strong on task prioritizing skills
