Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support service
• Installation, removal and change of software and hardware peripherals
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Follow-up with other agreed service providers and hardware/software supplier on maintenance of such hardware/software

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in desktop support
• Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese and Mandarin speaking is an advantage
