The Job:

• Managing IT department with Application Support and IT Helpdesk staff
• Managing different kinds of system enhancement and development projects (with internal development team/vendors and users in different departments (e.g. Accounting, Legal, Logistics, Marketing and Sales))
• Conducting forecasting and budgeting for IT department
• Coordinating and maintaining relations with vendors for on-time delivery on project deliverables
• Reviewing contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with vendors/other business units on new applications
• Conducting trainings and presentations to users and management
  
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology related discipline with at least 10 years (of which 3 years in managerial level) experience in IT field
• Web programming experience (ASP.net/CSS/HTML/Java/JSP/PHP) is a must
• Experiences in managing SAP and Content Management System projects are strongly preferred
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL & Microsoft (e.g. Windows Server and SQL servers) certificates are preferred
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Visio
• Proficient in both verbal and written of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Well organized, responsible & detail-minded
